When we think about the basic structure of a shed, it can reference one of the most simple and basic forms of shelter. It has now become a space to harbour objects, nostalgic items and unwanted goods. The extension of a humans desires to collect and accumulate things, allowing the nature of a shed to become more than just a holding ground, but a space to spend time, ponder and look through pieces of times past. This personal confrontation could ask the question 'Who are you in The Shed?'

'Bound by the shed’s quiet presence, the artists gather in a space where the hidden becomes seen and the ordinary turns uncanny. In their hands, the shed is not just shelter but a threshold between public and private, memory and myth, humour and haunting, where the inner self is no longer concealed, but set free.'
