The humble garden shed becomes a metaphorical refuge in this exhibition—a place where personal identity is both hidden and revealed. The works explore the shed as a site of secretive hobbies, where individuals, retreat to engage in private, often unconventional activities away from the gaze of others. Through this lens, the exhibition asks the provocative question: Who am I in the shed? Is the shed a sanctuary for self-expression, a space for hidden desires, or a quiet realm where one can explore parts of themselves they keep out of sight in daily life? Artists include Szabolcs Bozó, Joe Fox, Cece Philips, Olivia Sterling, Katy Stubbs, Julia Thompson & Willowfuck.
